• Ceramic Dish
  Technique: Slabwork
  Students cut and use moulds to make a leaf imprint onto the clay surface. They will then shape and manipulate the clay to create a leaf form. Work is studio glazed and recessed with glass.

  Cost:

  1. $30 (2 hours)
     - making of 2 pieces of 5 x 10cm dishes)
  2. $60 (4 hours)
     - making of 1 piece of 20 x 20cm dish
        and 2 pieces of 5 x 10cm dishes)

• Tile Mural
  Technique: Relief Tile
  This technique transforms a 2D drawing into a pop-up 3D form. Students learn how to cut, shape and join additions onto the clay surface. Students learn how to design and improve contrast with the use of textures.

  1. $45 (4 hours, making only)
  2. $60 (6 hours)
     - 2 sessions, 1 for making and another for glazing
• Creative Pinched Pot
  Technique: Pinching
  This technique is one of the oldest clay forming technique. Students learn how to manipulate their fingers around a wall of clay to create a hollow vessel. Students will also explore various decorative techniques.

  2. $50 (4 hours)
     - 2 sessions, 1 for making, another for glazing
• My Clay Mug
  Technique: Working for pre-form cylinder
  Participants learn how to design a mug. They learn how to roll out a handle and create a stylish mug. Students also learn how to create surface decoration using addition and impressing techniques

     - 2 sessions, 1 for making, another for glazing
• Ceramic Figure
  Technique: Working with solids
  Participants learn how to transform an idea into a 3D ceramic artwork. They learn how to mould clay into various basic shapes, join and create surface decoration.

  2. $50 (4 hours)
     - 2 sessions, 1 for making, another for glazing
